Fr3sh Dance Company Dancer

Andre de la Cruz has been a part of the FR3SH Dance Company since Season 7. Born and raised in New York, he first became interested in dance at the age of 15 while volunteering at the Foundation for Filipino Artists in Woodside, NY. He participated in several shows and dance related events at his high school learning hip-hop choreography and eventually teaching some himself. During his freshmen year at Boston University, Andre became a member of Fusion Hip-Hop Dance Troupe. Since then, he has taken an active role towards his own improvement, learning from his teammates and taking classes with different teams and dance studios in both Boston and New York, including Broadway Dance Center and the Jeannette Neill Dance Studio. He has also tried to give back to the dance community by teaching hip-hop to kids and teenagers ages 7-18 at establishments such as Boston neighborhood centers and The Door, a youth center in downtown NYC.
