FR3SH Dance Company Dancer
Dancing backup to Madonna in front of a massive crowd of
10 stuffed animals in her living room is one of the earliest
memories Liz de Guzman has as a dancer. She was 5. A mere
18 years later (that would now make her a young and vibrant
23 ::sobs::), she is proud to serve as FR3SH Dance Troupe,
LLC's Director of Operations. Dora the Explorer- which she
insists to be called- explains her journey was no piece of
cheesecake. It took hard work and dedication. She has trained
in basements (Jen's and Eileen's), dojo's (the one off Green
St.) and in ballrooms (only one named Paragon.) Prior to FR3SH,
she danced in cotillions (Arlene's and her own), and choreographed
for her nationwide sorority with 44 chapters – alpha
Kappa Delta Phi. In college, one of her proudest achievements
was leading St. John's PARE to their 1st Place win at RAPS'
2006 Battle of the Barrios. After 4 seasons of popping and
dropping her booty with FR3SH all over New Jersey, New York,
Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and
Canada, it is now her mission to give back to the dance community
all of the love and inspiration FR3SH has given to her. Actively
seeking to unite the dance community, she is happy to be part
of the HHDA East Coast Movement and Boogiezone-NJ.
