FR3SH Dance Company Core Dancer
Sally Traynham is trained in hip hop, jazz, ballet, and tap.
She was a soloist at Arlington Dance Theatre and has taught
at DC Dance Collective in Washington, D.C. In 2003 she founded
the Washington Lee Hip Hop Dance Team, which she led for the
following three years. She has also won multiple scholarships
and awards at national conventions including Monsters of Hip
Hop and LA Dance Force, as well as studying at Millenium Dance
Complex in LA under choreographers such as Rino Nakasone and
Marty Kudelka. Currently, she is excited about joining the
FR3SH family and is also a member of Pulse Dance Project,
an NYU student-run dance organization.
